LFE- LIFE IN FIELD EXPERIENCE

In LFE, it was my another new experience in Sreemangal, Bangladesh that I met my self with new people & worked with them as a group. the group was divided in to 30 & each group contain 3 person. we were assigned locate the village first as it was IUB's first visit to sreemangal. so, in this sense we need to work hard from the early in morning till night. Next day, we planed & discuss with in our team mates, what we have to do & from where we shall start our work & i have motivated them not stop, doing work together & also helping each other makes work more efficient. Next day, we went to the village & we interacted with the villagers nicely & ask their help to figure out the roads name & areas beside this village & then we draw the map, after drawing the map we visited 42 home in 2 days working & interacted with them we covered up in an efficient way to manage our work with punctuality. We were the best team that finished with in time that was assigned to us.

So, working in a team that I have Figured out “Together everything appears manageable". Motivation can easily help each other not to break in new environment.
